Typical integration scope
Techsmart can support projects where a new machine, conveyor, inspection station, labeling system or process module must become part of an existing production line. The engineering challenge is usually at the interfaces: signals, product hand-off, line speed, fault recovery, safety zones, data exchange and operator workflow.
For retrofit projects, the objective is to preserve useful equipment while replacing or extending the parts that limit reliability, maintainability or production capability.
Project workflow

Define architecture, I/O, sequence, modifications, components and commissioning plan.
3. Build & modify
Prepare controls, software, panels, mechanical modifications and integration hardware.
4. Install
Coordinate field work, wiring, mechanical installation and interface checks.
5. Commission
Test functions, faults, recovery, production sequence and operator controls.
6. Handover
Provide agreed backups, settings and project documentation.
