For an existing woodworking machine or line, a useful first review includes photos and video, electrical drawings, PLC/HMI type, drive models, production sequence, fault history, line speed, product range and the required improvement.
For new integrations, the interface between machines should be defined early: product transfer, ready/busy signals, safety zones, reject handling, accumulation and recovery after stops.
